The last two months have been a joy the first month was pretty much Connor's world what he wanted when he wanted it, but he as always taken 1 hour naps in the afternoon and slept at least three hours at a time at night. After the first month it was pretty easy to figure out a schedule for him. We start by getting him ready for bed at 8 o'clock first it's bath time then we give him a lotion massage clean diaper and put on his PJ's then Connor and I read a story while Gary heats up a bottle of breast milk (so we know how much he has eaten) he drinks 5 oz before bed I don't know if that's a lot... It's amazing to think back to when I couldn't get him in bed before 11pm and sometimes not till 12 and thats when I would start to get really tired, but now he goes to bed at about 9:15 9:30 and he sleeps between 4 and 6 hours, when he wakes up he sometimes needs a diaper change and is always hungry, once he eats he goes right back to sleep for another 3 or 4 hours and the same thing for the next time he wakes up. At about 9am he wakes up and we sing a good morning song, which he absolutely loves and always smiles, he gets another lotion massage (yes he's spoiled in that since poor Gary says he gets two a day and I get one if I'm lucky:( ) and ready for the day. He usually stays up for an hour, with tummy time and now he plays in his Aquarium Kick and Crawl (thank you Tammy, Kim, and Katie) then goes back to sleep for a little nap. He usually take about 3 1-hour naps a day and is up for a long period of time in the evening and then the routine starts all over again. I am so happy and lucky that I get to stay at home with him all day, but I am looking for a job. I would love to be a nanny so if any one knows anyone who needs a nanny please let me know!
